There is NO confirmed universal cure protocol if COVID-19 is contracted.  Different preventative modalities, including four vaccines, may or may not have positive results but the underlying health of each patient is a wide variable that is likely going to largely determine the relative success of any preventative or treatment program. To complicate matters COVID-19 is a highly adaptive virus with at least 15 known variants, each displaying different levels of response to alternate treatment protocols.  Delta and Omicron are the latest virus iterations with current research showing each new variation is more contagious but less deadly than the previous mutation.

Building a strong immune system is one of the best preventive actions to avoid  incubating the virus.  The attached list reflects our recommendation for a daily regimen of vitamins and minerals. Liposomal vitamin C *  (widely available)  is the preferred version of C. if your body can handle it without stomach distress or loose bowel.  (Also see below)

Liposomal Vitamin C is an option for high dose
vitamin C
.  Only 15-25% of vitamin C consumed in supplement form is actually absorbed by the body.    Liposomes are phospholipids containing microscopic spheres that carry vitamin C at their core and greatly enhance absorption to approximately 70%.

If COVID is contracted and you opt for home care then please note the follwing recommendations to increase full recovery odds.
1.  Sleep on your side (right side preferred) or stomach.  Do not sleep on your back as it will increase lung pressure.
2.  Get up every 2 hours and walk around for 5 to 10 minutes to help keep your lungs from becoming congested.

3.  If you have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine, add food grade 3% hydrogen peroxide 30% by volume to the humidification chamber.
4.  Try to breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Have Mucinex or similar in reserve if congestion develops.
5.  If you sit in a recliner do not sit in reclined positiion, only upright.
6.  Drink lots of Gatorade Zero or similar fluids to maintain electrolyte levels.  No milk, no ice cold fluids...only room temperature or warm.
7.  Take 1  81 mg aspirin twice a day to decrease odds of blood clotting.
8.  Follow the Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Mgnesium, Zinc and Selenium protocol noted in the smaller white box above or, for severe cases, follow the
EMERGENCY COVID-19 TREATMENT defined in the large white box above
9.  Rub Frankincense essential oil on sides of sternum to stimulate lung decongestion. (add 10% by volume 70% dilute DMSO to oil if available)

Other useful COVID information --- from the Johns Hopkins Hospital

Here is the Johns Hopkins Hospital information sheet relative to Coronavirus 19. It is extremely informative and seems to be about the latest release of personal handling of this medical issue and is worth the time to study the information given for your personal care.
 *  This virus is not a living organism. It is a protein molecule (RNA or DNA) covered by a protective layer of lipid (fat), which, when absorbed by the cells of       the ocular (eyes), nasal (nose) or buccal mucosa (mouth), changes their genetic code (mutates) and converts into aggressor and multiplier cells.
 *   Since the virus is not a living organism, but is a protein molecule, it cannot be killed. It has to decay on its own. The disintegration time depends on the       temperature, humidity and type of material where it lies.
 *  The virus is very fragile; the only thing that protects it is a thin outer layer of fat, and that is the reason why soap or detergent is the best weapon. The           foam CUTS THE FAT (that is why you have to scrub for 20 seconds or more, to create lots of foam). By dissolving the fat layer, the protein molecule             disperses and breaks down.
 *  HEAT melts fat; this is why it is necessary to use water above 77 degrees for hand washing, laundry and cleaning surfaces. In addition, hot water                 makes more foam, making it more effective.
 *   Alcohol or any mixture with alcohol over 65% DISSOLVES ALL FAT, especially the external lipid layer of the virus.
 *   Any solution with 1 part bleach and 5 parts water directly dissolves the protein, breaking it down from the inside.
 *   Oxygenated water increases the effectiveness of soap, alcohol, and chlorine, because peroxide dissolves the virus protein. However, because you             have to use it in its pure form, it can damage your skin.
 *   NO BACTERICIDE OR ANTIBIOTIC WILL WORK , because the virus is not a living organism like bacteria; antibodies cannot kill what is not alive.
 *   The virus molecules remain very stable at colder temperatures, including air conditioning in houses and cars. They also need moisture and darkness to       stay stable. Therefore, dehumidified, dry, warm and bright environments will degrade the virus faster.
 *   UV LIGHT on any object that may contain the virus breaks down the protein. Be careful, it also breaks down collagen (which is protein) in the skin.
 *   The virus CANNOT go through healthy skin.
 *   Vinegar is NOT useful because it does not break down the protective layer of fat.
 *   NO SPIRITS, NOR VODKA, serve. The strongest vodka is only 40% alcohol, and you need a minimum of 65%.
 *   LISTERINE is 65% alcohol.
 *   The more confined the space, the higher the concentration of the virus there can be. The more open or naturally ventilated, the less.
 *   You have to wash your hands before and after touching any commonly used surfaces such as: mucosa (mouth area), food, locks, knobs, switches,              remotes, cell phones, watches, computers, desks etc… and don’t forget when you use the bathroom.
 *   You have to MOISTURIZE YOUR HANDS due to frequent washing. Dry hands have cracks and the molecules can hide in the micro cracks. The                  thicker the moisturizer, the better.
 *   Also keep your NAILS SHORT so that the virus does not hide there.

 1. We may have to live with COVID-19 for months, or years. Let's not deny it or panic. Let's not make our lives useless. Let's learn to live with this fact.
 2. You can't destroy COVID-19 viruses that have penetrated cell walls, by drinking gallons of hot water you'll just go to the bathroom more often.
 3. Washing hands and maintaining a two-meter physical distance is the best method for your protection.
 4. If you don't have a COVID-19 patient at home, there's no need to disinfect the surfaces at your house.
 5. Packaged cargo, gas pumps, shopping carts and ATMs do not cause infection. If you wash your hands, live your life as usual.
 6. COVID-19 is not a food infection. It is associated with drops of infection like the 'flu’. There is no confirmed risk that COVID-19 is transmitted by food.
 7. You can lose your sense of smell with a lot of allergies and viral infections. This is only a non-specific symptom of COVID-19.
 8. Once at home, you don't need to change your clothes urgently and go shower! Purity is a virtue, paranoia is not!
 9. The COVID-19 virus doesn't hang in the air for long. This is a respiratory droplet infection that requires close contact.
10. The air is clean; you can walk through the gardens and through parks (just keeping your physical protection distance).
11. It is sufficient to use normal soap against COVID-19, not antibacterial soap. This is a virus, not a bacterium.
12. You don't have to worry about your food orders. But you can heat it all up in the microwave if you wish.
13. The chances of bringing COVID-19 home with your shoes is like being struck by lightning twice in a day. I've been working against viruses for 20 years         and drop infections don't spread like that!
 14. You can't be protected from the virus by taking vinegar, sugarcane juice and ginger!  These are for immunity not a cure.
 15. Wearing a mask for long periods interferes with your breathing and oxygen levels. Wear it only in crowds.
 16. Wearing gloves is also a bad idea; the virus can accumulate into the glove and be easily transmitted if you touch your face. Better just to wash your             hands regularly.
 17. Immunity is weakened by always staying in a sterile environment. Even if you eat immune boosting foods, please go out of your house regularly to               walk and breath fresh air or go to a park or beach.  Immunity is increased by EXPOSURE TO PATHOGENS, not by sitting at home.
A number of other COVID-19 drugs and therapies are under clinical observation to determine possible curative effectiveness.  Some are listed below:
Hydroxychloroquine > CDC report > https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/hcp/therapeutic-options.html

The efficacy of hydroxychoroquine is currently a subject of controversy but our real life experience with the drug and COVID-19 has been 100% positive when combined with zinc supplements and liposomal Vitamin C and a thorough vetting of patients with documented or suspected cardiac issues and/or a history of underlying respiratory impairment conditions such as COPD, sleep apnea, compromised lung function, etc..
Hydrogen peroxide > anecdotal reports suggest H ₂O ₂. food grade 3% solution (ratio 1:2) run through a sleep apnea CPAP or APAP machine equipped with a humidifier reservoir and with pressure adjusted properly, may be as, or more effective as intubation and ventilator for resolving lung congestion..
**”A new autopsy report has been published and released on April 14th, 2020 in the Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine v.36 Issue (1): 21-23, based on deaths caused by the Coronavirus and Pneumonia. In the report, doctors found that the lungs of those who were infected appeared to have a significant amount of grey-white mucus. Inside the trachea cavity there appeared to have white foam mucus and in the right bronchial cavity showed gelatinous mucus. It is these sticky fluids that clog the alveoli and airways, eventually blocking the lung. The lungs lose their function; the patient becomes hypoxic, and ultimately dies of respiratory failure. This autopsy demonstrates that simply giving patients oxygen is not sufficient due to those sticky mucus or liquids trapped inside the oxygen path. Without the oxygen path being accessible, majority of the oxygen inhalation is blocked. Oxygen does not reach the blood, and finally, they may perish with these sticky liquid suffocating them. The blind use of oxygen devices not only prevents the devices from its main purpose, but even worse, the force of the air can push the mucus into the lung deeper and aggravate the patient’s lack of oxygen. This means that while some only saw the patient’s lack of oxygen, they did not know and understand how to clean the sticky mucus/liquid from the respiratory system.
Sticky sputum (phlegm) in the lung will cause chest wheezing and coughing. The act of coughing and wheezing is your body’s natural response of trying to get rid of excess mucus in your body. Dry cough does not mean there is no sputum buildup; it may mean that the sputum is too sticky. Cleaning the lungs,
strengthening the function of the lungs, and improving immunity are important factors to the treatment of corona virus and pneumonia patients.”””
This helps provide some more understanding about the disease process. The virus might attack hemoglobin, which carries oxygen in your red cells.
One ER doctor said that it appears the patients are suffocating with a high altitude sickness like pulmonary edema.
Such reports make a strong case for nebulization with colloidal silver,  hydrogen peroxide or eucalyptus oil.

And then there's this little common cold tip which we found highly effective in several cases>
